As on March 22, 2011, the Kaliyar Madam Temple Trust was legally established under the Indian Trusts Act. The Board of Trustees is composed of the following three members:
Radhakrishnan (alias Kaliyar Madam Krishnan) – Managing Trustee
Jineesh M.U. – Trustee
P. Ayyappan – Trustee of Poppy House
The Trust was constituted to oversee the administration and management of the temple’s affairs. The Kaliyar Madam Sree Vishnu Temple is managed under the auspices of the Kaliyar Madam Trust. The Trust’s name and logo are registered trademarks under the Indian Trade Marks Registration Department, pursuant to the Trademark Act, 1999 (Trademark No. 5338821).
